The Mouse Was In The House

In honor of my favorite holiday, I wore my Minnie Mouse ears to Saturday morning's Kryptonite Hour at CrossFit Metropolis.  The workout was hard.  It consisted for four rounds for time of:

150′ Bear Crawl (crawling on all fours, keeping your knees up)
10 Toes to Bar (hang from the bar, bring your toe up to meet it)
20 Pistols (one legged squats)
30 Double Unders (jump rope goes around twice for every jump)

I subbed in burpees for double unders because I haven't yet figured out how to do double unders with any kind of consistency.  I used a band to help with the pistols.  I also subbed in knees to elbows instead of toes to bar.  The only thing that I did as prescribed was the bear crawl and, man, it was hard.  It's one thing to do it, and another thing entirely to do it quickly for 150'.  I finished in 19:21.  Best part?  My ears stayed on the whole time.

Happy Halloween!
